iGolf GPS Caddie II

I bought this back in 2008. I got about 1 year of use out of this. Many of the courses are not covered. After buying this device you have to pay a membership which entitles you to a specific # fo courses- Many of which are not available. When you call the company they are not much help (felt like they just gave me the blow off). Now for the kicker.. the device has a small cheap clip on the back whch is not very reliable at holding the device on your golf bag or belt (mine broke). The Caddie II goes through batteries very quickly and you cannot use rechargeable batteries... if you do it locks up and you have to reset the entire unit (Loosing all the golf courses you had saved to the unit). This is not good when you have a tournament to go to and POOF the unit locks up!! Be ready to buy tons of batteries. Needless to say the unit (without the clip) is subkect to a lot of vibration if you ride with it in the cup holder in the cart. This thing hates vibration as with any electronic device. My unit no longer works! I think this was a quick easy way for company to make money. Buy a bertter branded product!!! It will save you money and time!iGolf GPS Caddie II
